The venue's position was very central. Cereals and fruit provided in the morning.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not so friendly.

The room was exceptionally clean and large, I had really great experience.

It was important to get Wheelchair Accessible room with a/c, music, a bathtub and that went well. The breakfast had a lot of coffee and eggs. This hotel was located in a very central area close enough to restaurants & malls, and the civic center. The service was good during my stay.

The front desk needs to improve communication skills!!! Lack of urgent facility backup plans during emergencies highlighted glaring inadequacies. Guests deserve better operational preparedness to avoid such frustrating experiences!!!

The pool area looked amazing, and I could see people relaxing under the sun loungers. There was a bit of a mix-up at check-in since my fiancé had trouble getting in when she arrived later, a bit frustrating 😊

The customer service was really excellent, and the hotel's location is perfect for exploring the local spots. We enjoyed a good visit to the State Theater and House of Culture, a cultural highlight for our family with three kids.

For dads, it would be great if there were more mosquito nets in the rooms to protect the kids from bites.

The complex is pretty clean, and the pool area is nice with plenty of trees and shade. It was great that it was close to shopping and food places.

Metro Cafe and Italiano Cucina & Bar are solid finds nearby, offering delicious local flavors. The classic breakfast spread is a nice touch, even if it lacked variety. The hotel area is easy to navigate and has a pleasant garden that's perfect for chilling out.

I appreciated the beautiful gardens and relaxing fountains, especially for someone my age. The accessibility features were also quite convenient.

I found the room cozy and clean, with friendly and helpful staff making my stay enjoyable. Being just a short walk away from Vicente Guerrero Park and other landmarks made my city strolls effortless and fulfilling.

I was shocked at the poor service I encountered. My fiancé was denied entry even after I informed the front desk about her arrival. The reception staff's lack of communication led to an embarrassing situation for her in front of other guests. I believe management owes us an apology and a refund for the terrible treatment we received.
